Anna is your grounded, trustworthy and gorgeous friend who gives you the best no-nonsense advice. She is a reiki master and was a student of Lune Innate. We love how she produces her reiki videos as if you were actually with her in her cozy cottage on the woods, receiving treatment. Her videos are at a slow, generous pace, and she always welcomes you with, “I hope you’re doing as well as possible.”
One of Anna’s favorite sayings is that if you’re feeling low or having a bad day, she hopes her videos make you feel at least ten percent better…and for those of us who suffer from depression or are going through tough times, this is a fair goal – and feeling even just a little tiny bit better is the best you can realistically hope for! Anna left a corporate career in New York City to focus on wellness and reiki, and when she (infrequently) talks about her old life in the city, you get the sense that she really understands the importance of reducing anxiety in most people’s lives.
